When is the grand opening?
Our Grand Opening will be an awesome 3 day event hosted between February - March TBD. Potentially after SXSW.
What are the differences in memberships?

When do the reservations open up each week for premium members?
Court Reservations for premium members will open up Sunday at 8:00pm. Reservations will be booked through the Court Reserve App.
Will the hours of operation extend once the grand opening happens?
Certainly, with the addition of a bar, our plan is to extend the operating hours until 10:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 AM on weekends.
Will I still pay the founders rate month-to-month after the grand opening?
Absolutely, if you enrolled before the grand opening, you'll continue to enjoy the founder's rate on a month-to-month basis until you decide to cancel your membership.
What is the commitment length of memberships?
Memberships will be based on a month to month commitment. There is no cancellation fee. However, you will have to give a notice of cancellation and we will be sad to see you go!
What is your cancellation / freezing policy?
If you choose to cancel, we require a 30-day notice. All freezes and cancellations must be in person at our Eastside Paddle Club. Members can freeze their account up to 3 times a year for a max of 2 weeks at a time.
What is the process for participating in open play?
Kings/Queens Court 3:
Paddle Stack of 2, games to 11 win by 2. Winners stay together. If Win three games in a row, then winners come off court. Then next four will play. Anyone coming off court must paddle stack at end of stack.
Advanced Court 4:
2 on and off, Winners Stay and Split UNTIL there are THREE sets of Paddle Stacks of 4, then 4 on and off. Games to 11 Win by 2. When the game is over all four people come off court and the next four go on. Anyone coming off court must paddle stack at the end of stack.
Intermediate Court 5:
Same as court 4. 2 on and off, Winners Stay and Split UNTIL there are THREE sets of Paddle Stacks of 4, then 4 on and off. Games to 11 Win by 2. When the game is over all four people come off court and the next four go on. Anyone coming off court must paddle stack at the end of stack.
Beginner Court 6:
Same as court 4 & 5. 2 on and off, Winners Stay and Split UNTIL there are THREE sets of Paddle Stacks of 4, then 4 on and off. Games to 11 Win by 2. When the game is over all four people come off court and the next four go on. Anyone coming off court must paddle stack at the end of stack.
Will day passes be offered?
Yes, day passes are available at a rate of $50/day. Standard members receive two guest passes per month. Premium members receive four passes per month. Additional guest passes for premium members can be obtained for $30 each.
